Mobile Power Plant

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
One of the many extremely serious problems that face our society, and indeed most of the world today, is the natural and unnatural interruption of the electrical power grid. I am Bennetto Sewello, Chief Scientist of DOA. My company and the DOD, after an effort comparable to the Manhattan Project in the 1940’s have solved this problem; a small mobile unit named POWER or P5 (POWER ON WITH EMERGENCY RESERVE). You will note that there are no markings on the prototype of the unit before you, a condition of the DOD for national security reasons.
For these same reasons of security, my explanation of our classified proprietary technology will be brief and somewhat vague. Using an organic catalyst reacting with a widely available inert substance, we are able to shave, so to speak, the electrons and protons from atoms, recombine the bare nuclei, producing an easily rectifier which flips the charge from positive to negative and then send them into the power grid, a double dose of electricity. The byproduct of this reaction is an antigravity and magnetic transfer, communicate on the wireless web system, monitor the power grid, and provide security from accidents and terrorists attacks.
For security reasons, as I have said before, this description is vague. I can say that one of these units fully loaded at 400,000 pounds per square inch in the reservoir tanks will produce enough electricity to supply 25,000 homes and two manufacturing facilities for one month. I can also say with pride that many of these units are now deployed across our great nation.
Yours in Service of Mankind,
Bennetto Sewello, Chief Scientist, DOA
