Everything is carrying on today, even more than yesterday.

 

The sparrows are carrying two twigs at a time;

 

The doves are singing to each other before they can see good;

 

The dogwood blossoms are winking through the forest at whoever;

 

The daffodils at old home sites are fluttering in the wind to the bees;

 

The trees are showing their tiny early buds to the cohabitating squirrels

with a promise of more to come; and

 

The sun each day is smiling on us a little bit more.

 

Lots of action, lots of buying and selling.

 

So I’m going to get a big chunk of Roquefort cheese out of the icebox, go sit on a stump in the woods and let it all in.  Sometimes it’s more fun to watch rather than wade in and just between me and you, tomorrow ain’t been touched yet.
