I feel so empty. Sometimes when I look in the mirror, I don’t see me. I want your total love. I will blanket you with mine. But if you give me a pink slip of any size at any time, I get even fast; it will be payback time plus four.
Hattie Mae:
Gloria can’t stand to look at her own reflection in the mirror. To keep the dark, empty feelings away, she alternates between seeking a wonderful reflection of herself from others and anger when it doesn’t come. She, also, will jump off a rollercoaster at the top or the bottom and likes to gamble. Of all my siblings, she is the most uncomfortable with herself. I don’t ask myself how I can help anymore.
